• December 24th — Service available until 12 PM;

• December 26th — Service starting at 12 PM;

• December 31st — Service available until 12 PM;

• January 2nd — Service starting at 12 PM.

Other services, such as the use of the entire platform and support apps like Simplifica Mail, Simplifica Desk, Simplifica Mobile, and Simplifica TV, will continue to operate without interruption. Ticket submissions via email at help@simplificaci.com.br will function normally, and these cases will be reviewed upon the resumption of our operations.
